If you'd like to return an item, just send it back within 30 days of your order date for a full refund of the purchase price! (Minus shipping, handling and other such costs.) We only accept returns for items that have not been worn, altered or washed. All tags must be attached and packaging intact. RAINCHECK will not accept returns for any item(s) missing tags or with damaged packaging.

• A refund will be issued in the same form as the original payment within 30 days of receiving your return order.
• If you are returning a gift, the original purchaser will be credited.
• Items ordered from raincheckhair.com cannot be returned to land-based stores that sell RAINCHECK products.
• We can only accept returns if the item was directly purchased from raincheckhair.com.
