A. To receive credit for a returned item:

When you call, we'll need:

• Return your item within 30 days of order date for a full refund
• Make sure the item is in original condition and its original packaging with paperwork

Your refund will be issued in the same form as the original payment within 30 days of receiving your return order. We'll cover the return shipping cost if there was a manufacturing defect or shipping error.
