Damaged or Defective Items

If an item was damaged or defective upon arrival, please let us know! Call our Customer Service Department before you return the item so we can assist you with return shipping fees and information. Otherwise, you'll be responsible for the return shipping charges.

When you call, we'll need:

Your order number (available on your "Order Confirmation" email)
A detailed description of the damage or defect.

Keep in mind we can only accept returns if the merchandise was purchased from raincheckhair.com.

We are unable to process exchanges at this time. Please contact us for details on returning your item and placing a new order.
